We love to get hands on in the workshops, we promise we won’t use PowerPoint!!  They are about engaging together to unpack the process of innovative thinking.  Even the very activity of taking a day out from ‘business as usual’ to learn a new skill helps to foster the mind into seeing new possibilities.

We’ll guide you and your team through a structured process, helping them to:

• Identify and define key challenges: We’ll work together to highlight areas where innovation is most needed within your business.  Finding the right problems to solve is crucial.  It’s like setting a compass bearing and heading off on a route, unless you have taken time to establish the right bearing in the wider context of the map and your final destination, all your effort could be spent going in the wrong direction!
• Spark creative thinking: We’ll use a range of techniques to unlock your team’s creative potential, from mind maps, to design thinking exercises using the Double Dimond approach.
• Develop innovative solutions: We’ll help your team take the creative ideas around your real business needs and develop them into a form where you can test them quickly and iteratively.
• Build an innovation roadmap: We’ll work with you to develop a roadmap for further testing, refining and implementing these innovative solutions.  Innovation is an ongoing process, and the aim is that you will feel confident to continue to innovate solutions for your business needs long after we have left.  However we are always happy to help you further if you need it and love to stay in contact afterwards to hear how the workshop has impacted your business.
